Basically you could sum Troy up as being a shy young man who is not overally smart or romantic but is freakishly organized and overly obsessed with Quidditch. He can be a good and loyal friend once you get to know him but that does, in fact, take a while. He can be loud and outgoing with his close friends but doesn't say much to people he's not familiar with or hardly knows. He is also caring of other's feelings and tries to do whats right all the time.

Special Abilities: Troy is Gryffindor Quidditch captain and Seeker. He takes the game very seriously and hopes to become a professional Quidditch player.
